Chunky White Macadamia Cookies

Use electric beater to beat till light and fluffy
1/2 cup butter, softened (not melt)
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup castor sugar

Beat in egg & vanilla extract until combine
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Mix all 3 dry ingredients, add to the wet one that you prepared earlier
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Mix in the white chocolate & macadamia nuts.
3/4 c white chocolate chunk (I buy the block and chop it myself)
1 cup macadamia nuts

Bake at 190C until golden brown at the edges.
