3 large bananas
4 T golden syrup
1 c of sugar (already reduced)
2 eggs
2 cup Self Raising flour
pinch of salt
Smash banana with folk
Add sugar, golden syrup, sugar, eggs
Mix flour with salt, sieve them.
Mix in the wet ingredients
Bake 180C (160C fan forced) for 30 minutes
Let it completely cool before cutting.
Optional: Throw in dates, nuts, chocolate to your liking

Chunky White Macadamia Cookies
Use electric beater to beat till light and fluffy
1/2 cup butter, softened (not melt)
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup castor sugar
Beat in egg & vanilla extract until combine
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix all 3 dry ingredients, add to the wet one that you prepared earlier
1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Mix in the white chocolate & macadamia nuts.
3/4 c white chocolate chunk (I buy the block and chop it myself)
1 cup macadamia nuts
Bake at 190C until golden brown at the edges.

200ml milk
150ml oil
1 T vanilla extract
